How Our Pricing Works

1. Example: if your child care business has an approved operating space capacity for 5 child care spaces, your monthly cost is $5.

2. Example: if your child care has an approved operating space capacity for 59 child care spaces, your monthly cost is $59.

3. Example: If your child care has 1 or more locations with an approved operating space capacity of 207 child care spaces, your monthly cost is $207.

Even though you may have fewer children registered, we just go by the approved operating space capacity number to keep it simple and keep the pricing down to a reasonable and affordable level for all businesses.

Other Child Care Management Systems typically charge more than 3 times our pricing and offer you much less functionality!
